Andrew & Elly have recently taken over this new and exciting venture of Platform9 in December of 2010.
Elly and Andrew enjoy a challenge and have set this one quite high, Andrew and Elly will be will be offering their exceptional customer service skills in the Restaurant.
They wish to carry on delivering fine food, personalised service with a  comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

Ricky Nott – Head Chef
Ricky has also only recently rejoined the team at Platform9 of February 2011. He has completed a Certificate 2 & 3 in Commercial Cookery and is currently undertaking a Certificate 4.  With 8 years experience in the industry, he is passionate about cooking and the food that he serves.
