Ricky Nott – Head Chef

Ricky joined the team at Platform9 of February 2011. He has completed a Certificate 2 & 3 in Commercial Cookery and is currently undertaking a Certificate 4.  With over 8 years experience in the industry, he is passionate about cooking and the food that he serves.

Katie Phillips – Apprentice Chef

Starting in February, Katie’s a new addition to Platform9.  You can taste her passion and creativity in the dishes Katie produces, she loves experimenting with the colours and textures of different foods.

Katie’s work experience ranges from La Fresco, Olive Branch and prior to Platform9 Angelo’s House.

Andrew Greenslade – Apprentice Chef

Andrew’s our first year apprentice starting at Platform9 in December of 2011.  Coming to us from La Porchetta his passion is Italian Cooking.  Andrew admits there is a lot to learn but has the drive to nail the most diffcult dish.

Katie and Andrew run our Apprentice Nights which are held on the first Thursday on every month, we would love for you to come in and experience their talent with food.
